1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we process

• Quote form data: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, source language, document type, number of pages, deadline, delivery format and your comment.
• Your documents: the files you upload. They can contain sensitive information, for example health data in a medical report or information about criminal records. We process it only because you send it to us for translation.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records server logs, such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type. Hosting provider: [HOSTING PROVIDER].

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To prepare and send your quote and to carry out the translation you order: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How the quote form works

When you submit the form, your data and files travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are forwarded by email to [email protected]. The website does not keep your files on the web server after sending them.

5. Who receives your data

• The sworn translators who work on your order. They are bound by professional secrecy.
• Courier companies, if you choose paper delivery: only the name, address and phone number needed for delivery.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

6. International transfers
